There us a link that says acquire share that allows you download the files directly.
Please e-mail support@panopto.com so we can identify which school/business you are with. This will help us provide clear direction as to which version you are using.

Hi Randy,
Follow these steps to redirect to /coursecast:
1) Create an empty text file called default.htm in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\
2) In IIS, double click on default.htm and forward it to /coursecast

dhannan replied on October 21, 2009 21:17 to the question "Experience using Epiphan VGA grabber and CourseCast" in Panopto:
Hi Will,
Both of those Epiphan models are supported and should show up just fine as secondary video output. They both use a moderate amount of CPU usage but we've done recordings with that + a primary video source with no issues.
If you're considering these devices, I would strongly suggest that you go with the LR model. The cheaper unit has very low framerate/quality, high startup latency and overall it degrades the video output.
For capturing a document camera it should work just fine. Also worth mentioned that depending on the model of document camera, we may be able to have that show up as a secondary video device in the recorder. This is largely a driver issue though so it varies. I'm happy to check for you if you post the make/model of your doc camera.
Thanks,
Dave

dhannan replied on October 08, 2009 17:49 to the question "Maximum frame rate for secondary video sources?" in Panopto:
Hi Will,
If you open c:\Program Files\Panopto\Panopto Recorder and open object.prx in notepad, you can make the below change. This will make the secondary video play back at a slightly higher framerate.
Find avgtimeperframe="2500000" and change it to "0000000"
**These files should be editied at your own risk.**
If you are just talking about screen capture, those settings can be changed in the recorder - settings - advanced settings (screen capture framerate slider).
Let us know how this works out.

Hi Alan,
This isn't an option in the recorder yet. There are some other options for re-uploading the recording though. If you could e-mail support@panopto.com and let us know which school/company your with we can see if we can help you out.
Thanks,
Dave
