I tried on a brand new installation on a new pc and the problem persists.

Scott, do you think is a problem related to the mail server?
I'm the sysadmin of it and it is a Icewarp Merak Server.
As I said, when I move back to my inbox folder in the messages list I see for a second the topic label just assigned, but it disappear immediately and I have to re-assign the topic. – Paolo Libanore, on September 03, 2009 09:06

I just upgraded to the new release, but it seems the problem still exists.
Actually, it seems a random behavior, happening the most of the time but not always.

Yes, I'm using IMAP account.

Analyzing the log can you understand why postbox ask me password twice at startup?

Sorry, I didn't explain it very well:
I don't move any messages, I just switch view from inbox to other imap folders.
Hope this will add more details.

Topics assigned disappear when I move from inbox to other folders and back

Scenario:
- In my inbox folder I assign a topic to a message
- I move to another folder
- when I move back to my inbox folder in the messages list I see for a second the topic label just assigned, but it disappear immediately and I have to re-assign the topic.

It doesn't happen if I assign a topic for a message in a subfolder.

This is very frustrating, because I can't use topics to organize my emails.

Hi, it happens with various component I tried.
You can read the sequence in my previous post.
Note that it happens just if u leave selected the component before switching with alt+tab and then try to move the component.
yes, it happens just after app switching.

Unfortunately doesn't happen always, but most of the time.

I love your product, but today after installing the new 1.5.31 version, I noticed this strange behaviour that happens sometimes:

- on windows xp
- new blank mokup
- add a new component
- alt+tab to switch to another application
- alt+tab to get back to balsamiq
- trying to move to component added before, provokes duplicating automatically the control endlessly every time u move the control again

it happens every time u leave selected a component and switch from balsamiq to other app and back.
