One last thing: do you have the latest video drivers from NVIDIA installed? See http://bumptop.com/support/drivers.php

One thing that might help is to reset your old BumpTop data.

Go to Start -> Run...



Then type in %APPDATA% and hit enter:



Then go into the folder "Bump Technologies, Inc.". Select the folder named "BumpTop" and rename it to "BumpTop-old". This will hide your previous settings, and the new version of BumpTop will re-create the directory the next time you run it.

Also, please make sure that you've installed the latest version of BumpTop from http://bumptop.com/download.php

You said that you installed BumpTop today, but also that you have been running it for a while. Did you just upgrade to the latest version?

Sorry to hear that you're having this problem! Could you give us a bit more information about your system? What version of Windows is it, what language (German?), and what the video card is (if you know). That will help us track down the problem, and hopefully we can get it fixed up for you quickly!
