Can't register... Registration fails with the message "Oh noes! A network error has occured." I have network connectivity.

I also am in the US with region set accordingly and it crashes upon launch

Update - created a brand new twitter account, no followers, not following anyone, no image/url/description anything, tried to use it and got the same error. The twitter username is AnotherPaul - if you want to see the profile.
