I have entered my details in the New User form but get message saying "Cannot connect to the server. Please try again". Any solutions?

Hi, I created a new drop a couple of days ago and my password is no longer recognised. Is there any way I can have it reset. (I dont have an email address associated with the drop.) Cheers.
