Hey Jim,
Thanks for the quick reply. I have already contacted Verizon. Unfortunately, the geniuses at the help center seem to be as ill-informed as the store employees. It was the help center that told us it was no longer available.
I escalated to a manager who said he would look into it.... but I'm not hopeful based upon past experience with Verizon.
I'll let you know... but you all might want to circle around with Verizon to make sure this doesn't happen to your other customers.

No longer available for an Verizon Env2??So the rocket scientists at the Verizon store flashed my wife's Env2 when trying to solve a problem. They, of course, wiped her Airset application in the process.
No problem right? Just re-download it. Well... now Verizon tells us that the Env2 is NOT supported and we can't re-download it.
What's going on?!? It was working fine on her phone but now we can't re-download it?
Any ideas?
