Kaiser's phone rep "Desiree" just lost 2 customersMy wife and I have a family plan with Kaiser, and I love many things about the company, but their automated phone system is faulty, and, much more importantly, the telephone operator I spoke to this morning, "Desiree" in the Orlando call center, was unhelpful and incredibly rude. I have the cell phone records to prove that it took 8 attempts to reach a live operator, who turned out to be Desiree. On each of my first 7 tries, after punching the number to speak with someone, my call went dead. This happened to both my sister and me, on two different phones. To make matters worse, when I attempted to report this issue to Desiree, she maintained over and over that I simply had not pushed the right button. She did not even pretend to believe me or care that I was reporting a problem, and when I asked to speak with a supervisor, she hung up on me. Ironically, I was calling because my wife and I want to sign both my sister and our nanny up for insurance. At this point, we're going with a different company.
