Hi Sofia,
Thanks a lot for submitting your idea. We're working on some interesting new features for the PDF export, which will enable you to export certain parts of your image. For now the most convenient way to export bigger images, is to use the 'Save as PNG' option. This option saves the current viewport (visual on the right) of your analysis.
Kind regards,
Paul

Thanks for your tip. Analyzing large numbers of notes is quite difficult in our current analysis, but we're implementing some improvements for this. When these improvements are ready, we'll also add a longer timeout for the 'Add note' label. We're going to test the influence of this timeout on the usability. More on this topic later.

Hi Johan,
Unfortunately we do not support any animated Flash / Flex content right now. You can use your own screenshot or static images to test certain Flash / Flex elements. We're currently working on other ways to show dynamic content in our tests. Unfortunately the development of these features will probably take some while.
Regards,
Paul

Thanks for the feedback.
We're currently working on new features to make it easier to analyze extensive test cases and create better PDF reports. In the near future you'll be able to create multiple 'Hotspots', which are specific parts of your screen. These hotspots will also be included in the PDF reports (with task info for each hotspot).
We'll also try to split screenshot in the PDF into multiple pages.

We ran into some limitations of the FLEX engine for displaying JPG images. Your image is around 8900 pixels of height. Our analysis unfortunately only supports images up to 8000 pixels.
We're working on ways to split larger images into multiple files, so it will be possible to analyze longer pages. But unfortunately we need some more time to fix that.
Could we help you in the meanwhile by cropping the image to 8000 pixels? The lower part of your analysis will not show the screenshot, but your points will remain visible.

I tried to reproduce this problem, but 'unfortunately' I don't run into the same error. Could you please provide me some more details:
* Which browser do you use?
* Which Flash player? (You can see your version number here: http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/a...)
* Which tasks / options did you select to export?
Sorry for the hassle.

A test has three different statuses:
* Inactive - The test has not been started yet.
* Active - The test is currently active, you can invite participants.
* Finished - The test is finished and not accessible anymore.
You can activate a test by clicking on the start button:
Please let me know if you got any other questions.
