My pics too big

I'm having trouble resizing images. The little white squares that I grab to resize keep disappearing. Also, the "apply" dialogue box no longer comes up. Resizing is a very important feature for me. I hope this is a temporary issue.

I need 2 name servers to delegate my domain to edicy pro. Registry says they can't use DNS whatever. I will have to pay extra to use DNS number. I can't afford to keep paying so please provide name servers. Thanks.

I have designed a site. Love the layout you offered. Published it. But when I retrieve it in a browser, it is not up to date. None of my changes appear.

I
