I have not had a reply from them either.
I called my dealership and the tech laughed and told me it sounds like a great time to trade it in! What great Ford Employees! I will tell you, I was looking at the Ford Flex but after all this wonderful customer service, I will NOT be purchasing a Ford again!!!

OMG! I am reading everyone's comment and am sick! My Escape is 2003. Silver and the paint is peeling off in the same spots as everyone else. Under the Hatch window and there is a big spot on top of the car past the sunroof. Has anyone been able to get any answers? My car always goes in the garage and from Nov. 2002 - Feb 2005 it was even garaged parked at work! 74k miles.
