Add us to the list, I noticed that we've got a ton of products on our GS area as well. Can someone prune them down to PBwiki 1.0 and PBwiki 2.0 please?

Is there a plan in place to allow companies to self-prune at all? I noticed I was able to remove a few of the products myself, but not all.

If you requested the delete using the self-serve tool within your admin panel, simply ignore the email confirmation that was sent to you. Your wiki won't be deleted until you click that link anyways.

You're always welcome to contact the support team but I would like to mention that the support team is no longer allowed to delete wikis for users. The help you'll receive will point you back to the self-serve tool where you can control the entire process.

(Full Disclosure: While the support team does have the technical capability to delete wikis, we severely limit the team's ability to do so without management intervention and we prefer that the wiki creators carry the responsibility of deleting your wikis.)

For the record, there is currently no way to revert a wiki from 2.0 to 1.0. It's just that simple.

With that being said, we do reserve the right to enable this feature once we deal with the engineering problems associated with this.

Alright, upon further investigation I've learned that our spam filters are set to automatically release your PBwiki within 20 minutes.

If others get flagged, please wait atleast 20 minutes before contacting support - there's nothing we can really do until that much time passes anyways. :)

This is getting even more frustrating - I've tried to submit a formal help request multiple times and have never received any case ID or tracking number.

Twitter support = FAIL.

Unfortunately, we're unable to revert 2.0 wikis to 1.0 (because the two versions are *very* different). If you setup a new 1.0 wiki, just send an email to support [at] pbwiki.com and we'll do our best to transfer your subscription over to the new wiki.

Just a note though - we probably won't be releasing any new features on 1.0 and there may come a time when we stop addressing any bugs on 1.0 as well. Just want to make sure you're aware of that.

Finally, we're very aware that the feature you're looking for is important to a number of our users - we're still thinking about how best to implement that in 2.0. Once we have a solution, we'll let you know.

Joana - I'm sorry you're frustrated. We're located on the West Coast of the US and we have little to no staff covering our support queues on the weekend. Don't worry though, we'll be catching back up today and you should hear from us soon.

Actually, the wiki-wide password (also known as an invite key) has been disabled in our 2.0 version. If you do need that functionality, you'll want to sign up for a 1.0 wiki instead.
