Aha, that's a seperate issue and definitly annoying. Long sms should be getting stitched back together into a single message. This happens in most cases but we know there are some incompatibilities with various phones and networks that we haven't been able to find a fix for. We unfortunately don't have any other suggestions we can give just yet - we'll let everyone know if and when there's any news on this.

The messages are now ordered by date. If you set the correct date for your messages then they'll appear in the correct order. To change the date just click on it where it appears yellow and fill it with the Calendar. Next time you load the page they'll appear in the right place depending on there date.

HI Ethan, We narrowed down the problem to being related to really big SMS databases - it may also be related to 3.0 software which the app having been made in the 2.0 era probably has issues with. We don't have any plans to update the iPhone app right now because of the need for Jailbreaking. We're waiting until there is official support in the SDK for this kind of app before we look at it again.

Ok thanks, we're definitely not receiving your messages. I can understand why your messages suddenly stopped arriving over the last couple of months because that would have been just around when we changed our number. To clarify our old previous number has been deactivated now for several months. However if you're now definitely sending to our new number I've no idea what the issue is. As your in the UK you don't need the +44 and can send to just 07624800238. If you're are using +44 be sure to actually include the + otherwise it likely won't work and it sounds silly but double check the number your using again. If your doing all these things ok then we'll have to assume it's an issue with the networks and something we'll have to dig a little deeper into.

They should be appearing immediatly if things are working. Can you send your number over to support@treasuremytext.com and we'll take a look and see if we're getting anything from that number.
