A comment on the problem "Merge bookmarks starting from local messed up bookmarks on server" in Xmarks:
Ok, here is what I did to fix this. I deleted all of the overflow of duplicated bookmarks in my Chrome browser. Then synced. Switched back over to my firefox, re-synced. And it's all good now.
Im not sure what exactly happened. It duplicated everything on the first and second sync. But yes, to answer your question before, everytime I hit Sync, it would duplicate.

Zin, I am having the exact same problem as you. I am running version 0.5.10. I am syncing between 3 computers; 2 XP machines running Firefox and one Windows 7 Machine running Chrome. My bookmarks have duplicated, and on my Chrome machine, "triplicated." Seems that everytime I do a sync, the bookmarks duplicate again, therefore, "quadruplicate".
Is anyone else having this same issue? -

build search for archived bookmarksI wish there was a way I could search archived bookmarks. On a number of occasions I want to go back to a previously viewed website, and I have to sift through pages of archived bookmarks.
Is there a way you can build in a search function. I think it would be a great benefit for the site. -

Annoying signing in with google account, change account nameI signed up laterloop with my google account. Now everyday I want to bookmark, I need to sign-in first (which tends to get annoying). I've seen that there are posts about this, but no solution yet. Is there a way I can create a laterloop account (instead of using google account) and have all my bookmarks transferred???
