PayPal Amanda replied on March 31, 2009 14:30 to the question "Can I pay just using paypal balance without adding bank account?" in PayPal:
Hi Rachael,
That depends on your Sending Limit. Your Sending Limit is the total amount of money you can send with PayPal before you complete PayPal's Verification process. To view your sending limit, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your PayPal account at https://www.paypal.co.uk/
2. Click the 'View Limits' link on the Account Overview page
To become Verified and lift your sending limit, log in to your PayPal account and click the 'Unverified' link on your Account Overview page. Follow the instructions provided to get Verified. Verification not only offers you increased security, it lets others know you are a confirmed member of the PayPal community.
Once your limit is reached, payments can not be sent until you become Verified.

PayPal Amanda replied on March 30, 2009 13:37 to the question "My country is not in the country list. Can i join?" in PayPal:
HI rifat,
Unfortunately, as you mentioned, we are not yet providing services for Bangladesh . Establishing our service in each new country or region involves complex changes due to different regulations. We are always looking to expand our availability; however, due to the complexities of global expansion, we cannot provide a specific time frame. We are working hard and look forward to expanding our services to additional countries and regions in the future
Go to the PayPal website and click the "Worldwide" link at the bottom of the page and click "190 countries" for more information on the countries and regions that PayPal supports.

PayPal Amanda replied on March 26, 2009 19:45 to the problem "I'm Stumped!" in PayPal:
HI TImothy Andrew,
When you open a PayPal account and add your credit card, you are granted an initial sending limit until your account is Verified. To become Verified and lift your sending limit, log in to your PayPal account and click the "Unverified" link on your Account Overview page. Follow the instructions provided to get Verified.
The sending limit applied to your account is dependent upon the amount of information that can be verified before you complete the Verification process. If some information cannot be verified, you will receive a lower limit or a zero dollar limit.
Once your account is Verified, your initial sending limit only applies to those cards for which you have not entered your PayPal code. Payments sent from your account balance or cards that are linked and confirmed will not have a sending limit.
Please note that all limits are denominated in the currency of your Primary Balance. If you send funds from a currency balance other than your Primary Currency, your sending limit will be reduced by the Primary Currency equivalent of the payment amount.

PayPal Amanda replied on March 12, 2009 21:12 to the problem "Merchant cancelled my order, how do I get my money back?" in PayPal:
Hi Machi,
If you used a PayPal Debit Card, an authorization can stay pending for up to 5 days after the charge.
If you used a credit card, the order will show as cancelled as soon as the merchant cancels it but it could take up to 30 days to reflect on your credit card balance depending on your card processor
