If you signed up without using a password, Get Satisfaction will send you an e-mail titled "Welcome to Satisfaction" that includes a temporary password. You should be able to log in with that information.

For what it's worth, we've been using 2.0 internally for a few days now and creating folders is super-easy. I'm sure you're going to love it.
