So the book arrived in Bucharest on the 22nd of September. However, I took another 5 days to arrive to the final destination. Anyways, nice book, awesome paper quality!-

Hello Lou,
based on experience with other shipments I received via UPS, "WAITING FOR CLEARANCE" in Bucharest means that the book arrived at UPS Romania (the only office in Romania) and was sent inside the country via a national partner of UPS (Curiero, they also do shipping). I think they to this because UPS has no cars / trains etc in Romania.
I will update you once the book arrives to me. -

Hello Lou, glad to see some reply, at last. I ordered the book last Sunday, on the 14th. the order no is RMO200809143. Yes I was able to download the digital version, however, I'd like reading it from plain paper.
Any way I can track the package to see where it "got lost".

I have ordered the Web Form Design book a week ago, paid the extra tax because I wanted it to arrive ASAP!
Expedited (outside the US): US$20 for the first book, US$4 for each additional book in the same order. Ships via UPS or Federal Express; typically arrives within 3-5 business days.
3 to 5 business days. That period has passed, the book has not arrived, and Rosenfeld didn't even reply to my email I sent on Monday!
I need an exaplanation Rosenfeld!?
