The quicklook way is to display a new window.
I'd like to have an overview of the content of a file without displaying this window. This is already done by the replacement of the icon of the file by a preview icon. However, for text files, the text displayed in the preview is too small then I don't know what's inside the file without previewing it with quicklook or opening it. Something frustrated in Mac OS X: when you tap the space key on a folder it displays quickview with no interressant information: folder size and number of items inside. What do you think about showing a preview of what's inside the folder?

I don't to tap the space key to see the content a text file and I can't read the preview made for the icon on the Grape desktop. What do you think about allowing to zoom in the content of the icon (without changing the size of the icon) with a shortcut like ++ ?

Don't like the new way of displaying the Grape window

I prefer the first one, it was more immersive than that one. I believe that Grape should replace the default Desktop view and as such should not be a normal window.

Text label are only floating text, you cannot attached them to a box. Or at least, a box should could be named.

Putting elements in a box should gather them in the box. Currently when you move the box, items inside don't move
