I'm not receiving some emails even though they're tagged @email. I posted this three months ago, but no replies. I'm attaching two images - one of my description of the task on Sandy - the second my gmail search.

I have a board meeting on the first Thursday of the month, but I can't figure out how to word it so that Sandy remembers to put it on my calendar.

I've had trouble getting it to recognize @ -- like "@todo". Just saying "at" hasn't worked for me.
