The numbers are still inaccurate and I have turned off the mapping. The main thing is that the embeds are working now. I'll keep an eye on the mapping and video count in my groups.

Is Qik having technical issues? The location sharing seems to be unsure where I am, displaying the correct map but overlaying my previous location data. Also my Qik groups are displaying the wrong number of videos (negative numbers on some) and the embedded players are showing blank. When I click the logo I show 0 of 0 yet the videos are lined up below in the group on the Qik site. Help please.

Yes Tom I did email. I even have a tracking number #2093. I can't access the tracking report as I have to sign up to the SocialGo LTD site to see the info. Under the circumstances I don't want to submit my details to you again as after all I thought I had an account with you.

Well, after waiting for this issue to be resolved and it hasn't I come to write a report for an organisation to recommend a "create your own" social network platform. SocialGo was submitted for consideration by one of the organizations stake holders.

With issues such as simply not being able to access the admin area and the added complication of having to submit my details and sign up to SocialGo LTD just to track my help request I have no other alternative than to dismiss the SocialGo platform as unreliable and inadequately supported.

That's fine but I have a specific name I need to use for the network. And not the point if I'm going to use SocialGo as a community platform I have to know its reliable and won't break. Can't log in to Admin Centre with my network email and password http://my.socialgo.com/public/sign_in and the help page isn't working http://www.socialgo.com/help/admin-fi.... I find myself here. Any suggestion to get me in to administrate my new network?
