Xara is ideal for interface mock-upsXara Extreme Pro is a fantastic tool for doing application interface mock-ups for any platform. Nothing is faster and more precise while also allowing you to export the final objects you need without ever visiting Photoshop.
If you use Xara to do interface mock-ups. Let me know!

Unlock single objects with context-menuYou can lock and individual object via a context-menu but you cannot unlock a single object the same way. You have unlock all or navigate the object gallery to find it.
The context menu should simply list the names of all the locked object below your current mouse position as there may be more than one and they are inherently non-selectable. The user can just choose for the ones listed.

Whole pixels restrictionOption to force entire document to whole pixels. When enabled, even stretching an object would cause it coarsely bump dimensions to full pixel increments. Setting up 1px grid helps but not on resizing.
Strokes would also be limited to whole pixels and be added to the inside of a shape rather than the middle or outside of the outline.

Automatic guidesOption to show automatic guides as you drag objects on a page. It helps you evenly space items out relative to the page and other objects on the page. See how Keynote '09 (presentation software) does this (only available on a Mac, part of iWork '09). Other tools doe this as well such as OmniGraffle.

Perspectives GalleryNew gallery called "Perspectives". Creating a "perspective" is like bookmarking what's on screen at the moment (a view). It stores which page is in focus (x/y location & zoom level included) and which layers are currently visible and editable.
Takes just one click to cycle through many different/complex page/layer combination (e.x. to review various important scenarios, details or sections). Allows views to be re-ordered, renamed and deleted.

Layer groupingAllow grouping of layers as done in Photoshop and many other design tools. That group of layers can be collapsed, have a descriptive name.
That group can have a toggle for "View all in group" and "Edit all in group" where right now you can only choose that for the entire document. User would just drags layers into the folder which can then be moved around between other layers or layer groups.
Functionally, this doesn't change how layers work at all, it just makes managing a large document much more efficient.

Auto-select layer on visibility changeWhen changing the visibility of a layer, make it the selected layer. Right now you have to change the visibility and click on it to begin work on a hidden layer. When you use layers to simulate various states and go between them a lot, it makes a big difference. I often find myself pasting into the wrong layer as the selected layer doesn't "follow" you.
A comment on the idea "Add Posterous (API) Support in Tweetie" in atebits:
Tweetie 2 can post directly to Posterous. It does not use the iPhone app by Posterous. – Philippe Dame, on October 21, 2009 01:32

A comment on the idea "Screenshots of Web Pages (full length)" in plasq:
There is a feature to capture a full web-page (auto-scrolling beyond what's visible)? I wasn't able to find it. – Philippe Dame, on September 04, 2009 20:45

Better Firewall TraversalWhy not allow connections to be brokered through a server to ensure firewalls don't get in the way? If not, study what they do at Skype! When I can't connect with someone on iChat, Skype works.
When a connection can't be made, the lack of error messages doesn't help either.

More web templates for shared notebooksMore display options would be nice for publicly shared notebooks. It's pretty limiting right now. Even a simply expand/collapse listing would help. The unreadable previews of text in the right column aren't that handy.

Fill Tool or Filled ShapeHow about adding a filled rectangle or a fill tool? It's useful to create a clean space behind some text so it's easier to read. It's already very nice how the text stays on top.
