Uh oh, it just happened again. I posted a number of comments without the error, and then got it in FireFox. One of those lovely intermitent hard to reproduce bugs. Every programmer's favorite kind of bug.

I made a new Flickr account. I created a new story, and clicked the Photos from Flickr buttons. I was asked to verify my account ("Your flickr account is not verified yet. Please verify it"). I typed my new Flickr id in the box, and clicked Verify. A Flickr login window came up. I typed in my password and clicked Sign In. I then got the message Page not found! The URL at the top of the Safari/Mac window was http://dandelife.com/flickr/callback?... I had the same problem in FireFox, where the callback was also http://dandelife.com/flickr/callback?...

When I submit a comment, I get an error in red saying "couldn't send email notification", however, the comment does get posted. It fooled me into thinking the comment didn't get saved, but then I saw that it did after I reloaded the story.

In FireFox, when I log in, I land on this page: http://dandelife.com/story/4857 I see a bunch of other people have landed there, too.

Yay! Twice today, I have been able to immediately log in via Mac Safari & FireFox, although the fact that I had to log in again is still a problem.

I also noticed that in Safari, I cannot add a Dandelife contact to a story (I can do it in FireFox).

Another problem is the browsers do not leave me logged in, for the most part, after I close them. I have to log in almost ever time, and of course, login is not always successful.

I am still having intermittent problems logging in on both Safari and FireFox. I also noticed a few other problem in these browsers:

1) in both browsers, I could not rename a post after it was saved. I had to delete the post, and re-post it with a different name.

2) in Safari and FireFox, I cannot add tags to a story that is already saved. In Safari, I cannot add tags to a story I am creating on the Create page. I can, however, add tags if I use the little Create a Story box on the "blog" page.

3) in FireFox and Safari, when I try to view a photo on someone's story, I get the message: "Status: 500 Internal Server Error Content-Type: text/html
500 Internal Server Error"

I don't have a Windows machine, so I'm kind of stuck when these things happen. Looking forward to Dandelife's returned health! Thanks for your hard work making the new Dandelife happen.

I was able to log into both Safari and FireFox. Good luck with the ajax! I guess that could be tricky.

I have not been able to log into the new Dandelife for about 24 hours. My blog page displays, and the login panel will come up, but when I try to sign in, it just churns and churns and never logs me in. I've tried in both Mac FireFox 3.0.6 and Safari 3.2.1.
