C Drive is only a quarter full.

Running the program at higher priority and in admin mode as well as following the other directions didn't change anything. Still doesn't load up. Basically freezes the comp.

2GB ram, 32-bit Vista sp1, intel core 2 duo e6550 2.33ghz

Music is stored in c/users/myself/music

Songbird scans the music folder. No import from Itunes. I don't even have itunes installed.
Vista indexing is turned on and I haven't installed any add-ons as of yet. And the same problem occurs if I try to run Songbird in safe-mode.

Computer slows down, Songbird doesn't load
When I try to load Songbird, my vista system comes to a screeching halt. Trying to load any other program even the task manager takes forever after clicking the SongBird icon, which never ends up loading before I have to restart my computer. Everything was working fine until 2 days ago. Tried reinstalling....same problem.
