Why can't I do a wire transfer? I sold 800k of weapons and tried to do a 736000 transfer but got a message that told me I didnt have the money. Yet I went and bought 800k in safe house property just fine. ??

But really... There is a bit of a delay in these going out actually. I know because I have two accounts and I haven't gotten my invite yet... It appears to be kinda random actually because 45 minutes later I had 4 more fellow COBRA killers!

The problem is just that there isnt an easy way to browse those that you can invite. Maybe you should start with suggesting some spys that you might want to invite... Spys that are already in your spyring... something.

You should give us a link that we can tweet and promote to get spys to join our cell.

I can't invite fellow spymasters to my Cell... I just get a flash loader that goes for ever. Help! I only have 5 days guys!!
