okay, i checked my firewall settings n i could not find those ports, tho it asks me if i want to open a new port, but i really dont know how to make it, please help me :D

okay i used to leave voice comments by microphone but now it doesnt work anymore, it tries to connect alternate servers but it cannot, n ive to record mah msgz but a program then upload em on snapvine n send em to mah frans that so sux, i guess i click somethin wrong or somethin when it asked me to click it, or theres a problem with snapvine?!
please help me:[
