Thanks Paul, I saw the Co-Op logo in the list of supported file types on Clearbooks so assumed it would work.
Will try to check it out with them (but you know what banks are like at answering the phone - shame they don't use getsatisfaction!)

a) I can't find the download statement button
b) if I copy and paste and create a .csv file I am getting an "import failed" message.
