All cookies in our signatures are tracking cookies and are considered low risk threats. They are a seperate exclusion to provide additional functionality of our software.

Are the Toshiba tablets running on battery power when you deploy to them?
If this is the case once they are plugged in they will download threat definitions. If this is not the case one of our support technicians will need to take a closer look at this issue. To correct this please go into the policy, click the Agent Settings tab, and in the Servers section check the two boxes that say Save as IP. Once this has been done you should be able to deploy an agent locally.

The issue that you are describing is a High Priority with our Vipre development team. It is being addressed and needs to be tested by our QA department before it is released to the public. Since this is the case it couldn't be an immediate or instant fix however this issue will be fixed in our next agent release. Thank you for your patience.
