Unable to change email addressTrying to change my email address in Fubra and get the following helpful message:
"User unknown in relay recipient table"
This is for a second user on the Clearbooks account, which you have to jump through the hoop of creating another Fubra user.

Change the master passwordHow do we change the master password for our Clearbooks account?
Peter replied on July 13, 2009 08:07 to the problem "ActiveCollab integration error" in Colovo:
Yes, you have posted in the correct place for support.
Shocking customer service for a paid product. Image if you'd paid the money and then had a problem!
As a comparison, I first posted my problem on the ActiveCollab forum, where the developer replied within a few hours (Alas the problem wasn't AC, so they couldn't help).
Peter gave praise in Clear Books on July 07, 2009 13:25:
Easy bank statement importJust imported 3 months of bank statements into our account and following the new video and online help details, it all went extremely smoothly (as we did struggle with this during the Beta). Never thought I'd say this about accounting, but it was a pleasure to use and very easy!
Thank you.

I uninstalled it today - at least it's better to know that support is non-existent before you part with your money! – Peter, on June 25, 2009 15:46

ActiveCollab integration errorJust updated my AC install to the latest version (2.1.2) and installed Timepost demo (2.5) and after working out the correct service URL, I get:
Error ac302
I've already posted on ActiveCollab forum and got the follow response from Ilija:
"It looks like HTTP code returned from the system, but please consult TimePost support for assistance and more details. "
Any ideas how to solve and get Timepost working?
Peter replied on May 18, 2009 16:03 to the idea "Help rollover not obvious" in Clear Books:
The problem is my opinion is based on an evolving system, therefore (as Tim pointed out) tooltips hadn't been rolled out throughout the system and I hadn't notice them before and possibly should have waited before making the suggestion!
I think this will be an irrelevant issue once the tooltips are more widespread and the "norm" throughout Clearbooks.
Probably best to wait and see if users like me (!) raise it a couple of months time.
Other considerations are to delay the reveal (so moving about the screen doesn't cause loads of popups to appear and disappear) and use fade on and off (you're already using JQuery, so no problem there).

Help rollover not obviousOn the bank statement import/review screen (invoice tab), there's a tool tip that appears in a blue box, it flipped up a couple of time and I had no idea how. I then realised if I hovered over the label "Amount" it appears. This would be more useful using a small "i" (or "?") icon or similar to indicate to the user that there's some help/information.

Blank popup window (money -> transactions scree)Money -> Transactions -> "To" field and press green + button.
Got blank popup window (loading animation shows briefly, then disappears). Can replicate.
Peter shared an idea in Clear Books on May 18, 2009 10:37:
Obvious button to close popup windowsOn the popup boxes (darkened screen in the background) - I'm use to them as I'm a developer and know that you can click outside the box to close them, but a lot of users won't know to do this to cancel or close the popup (I've had a few support calls on stuff I've done!). So it might be an idea to show a close button top right (on the frame) or something, so there's an obvious object/button to click on to close/cancel.

Bank statement import - entry fields resetOn the bank statement import review/explained screen, when I submit the form and get a warning (field not entered, incorrect details, etc), the VAT Rate and Account boxes get reset, so if I re-submit the form I get an additional error. The other fields are fine (but they're generated from the import information anyway...).
Also it resets these entry boxes when showing the popup box (lightbox style popup) - not sure why as the page doesn't refresh.

Remove quantity column from invoiceI provide a service, so never have a quantity, it would be nice to be able to toggle it off so it's not asked and more importantly not shown on the invoice.
