Collection Developer Choose Background Color

It will be nice if people can define the background color of their collection. I am using Excel to create my collection. It seems not that difficult to include "Background Color" in Collection Properties. for people to select color using the color tools in Excel.

I put IE9 first. On second thought, why not IE 8. The sooner the tool is available for the wide public, the better. I updated the Topic but not the body text.

It will be great if IE 9 can be used to browse collections created using Pivot tools. Sometimes it is difficult to ask people to download additional software.

It will be nice if the video is being displayed within the information box. Because the video I am thinking about is a curator talking about an art object, the screen size can be small. Also it is important to have the art object next to the video so that user can zoom and pan to the area mentioned in the video.

It will be great if Pivot support link to videos in the information given to images. I am thinking of a museum collection and one of the information on the images are links to videos on the art objects presented by curators.

Update texts but not images tool

It will be great if the tools can allow me to update JUST the text but not the images. The collection I made consists of 150 images and the final folder consists of ~200,000 files. I believe most of them are the tilesets of the images.

Thanks! I took all the photos when I travel to those countries. With the use of digital camera, people tends to take a lot of photos. I thing deep zoom composer is the idea tool to let people browse and look into details if they wish.

I also have to thank you to help to resolve the problem.

I have used Deep Zoom Composer & Embed the Viewer web service to create more than 10 photo compositions in my site peterchanphoto.com. Take a look when you have time.

It works!!! Just running longer than expected (70 minutes for a 104 images composition). Anyway, it works.

Images are still missing when output Seadragon Ajax!!!!!!!!!

I am using Windows 7. I have uninstalled the old version and install the new version. Any other things I have to do?

I have installed the Jun 2009 version of Deep Zoom Composer, however, the problem STILL exist. Do you think the developing team does NOT consider this is a problem??!! Or is there anything I missed?

Since Deep Zoom Composer works under Silverlight Deep Zoom output as multiple images, could you provide an example (detail coding) of how to use host the resulting images if I am using Wordpress hosting in GoDaddy.com?

Any timeline for fixing the problem? It is a pity that this bug make the "The Embed The Viewer" useless. I think many people would like to output to Seadragon Ajax and embed the composite photo in their blogs (like me!)!!
