Honda CM 450 E compliance certificate
I am in great need of an official document of the USA importer of the Honda CM 450 E mentioning the HP (kw).
The frame number of said bike is JH2PC0539CM004786, building date 30.6.1982.
In attachment the registration document in my possession.
All administrative costs involved to acquire this compliance certificate will be gladly met by me.

^What i would write if i only knew who to - i'm from Belgium & i'm looking for the adress of the US Honda importer (tried the Benelux importer to no avail).
