Hi Bruce,
The call series was: Well-Fed Guinea Pigs Call #1 (Call ID #68387) , and on both episodes 3 and 4 (this past Monday, and the previous Monday), I had no countdown clock. I was concerned that no countdown meant the call wasn't being recognized, and hence, wouldn't be recorded, but recording went on fine on both. Thanks for any insight you can offer!

How do non-TS members access a call (fater it's done) to download it?I've got a group call tonight with 12 attendees. They were all invited by TS through the invite system. But as the host, I'm the only one with a TS account. Obviously, I want to make the recording available to all attendees after the call.
I read in another place on the support section: "Anyone specifically invited to any one of your Unlisted Community Calls receives a link to your Unlisted Community Call area and can listen to anything in it."
Is that correct? And if so, how does that work? If they were invited to the call formally by the TS system, will they automatically be sent a link? Or do I have to send it to them? And it is it the "Link" with the "Copy" button next to it on the episode console?
I see that I can just pop a link in for a past call into a new browser window and get connected to the screen to download it, but I'm logged in. What would happen for someone who isn't? Thanks!

Perfect, Bruce - thanks. With only 12, I'm thinking we can handle it voluntarily... Appreciate your fast responses! – Peter Bowerman, on November 02, 2009 03:10

Thanks much, Bruce. As it is, all will be calling in using #1. So, my follow-up question is: Can they just mute and unmute themselves by hitting *6? I read that as an answer to another question posed to TS. – Peter Bowerman, on November 02, 2009 00:48

How does TS generate a web-based list of attendees (who can then be muted and unmuted by the host) if people have just called in by phone?Hosting my first group conference (a private one) tomorrow night (Monday 11/2). I've provided phone call-in instructions to the 12 attendees. And I'm confused about something. In the tutorial about host controls, they show the console, where I, as host, can mute and unmute guests during the talk.
If people are just calling in (as opposed to logging in by computer somehow; don't even know how they'd do that), how does the system know who's who? In other words, how is my list of attendees that appear on my screen (who I can then mute and unmute) generated in the first place if they've just called in?
Can they mute and unmute themselves through phone controls? Thanks for any help you can offer.
