Need to Install Counterspy on 2 computers.I am trying to install Counterspy on a second computer, but I don't know how. I know that the version I purchased can be used on a second computer but I don't know how to download it to my other computer.

Strange: Fiday night The program ran a deep scan with the virus checker off just fine. Earlier I had done a quick scan with it off. Saturday night the scan ran fine with virus checker on. Then last night there is no record of CounterSpy even attempting a scan. Previously, I got the message that the scan had failed, but not last night.

A comment on the problem "Can't Scan" in Sunbelt Software:
Last night i got the quick scan to run by turning off my AVG anti-virus protection. I believe there is an unresolved conflict between the programs. Also I had been setting the scan to disregard external drives since I have nothing in them at the moment. T unchecked that feature as well. tonight I'll turn off AVG before the scheduled deep scan and see what happens there. I'll let you know monday. – Peter Jackson, on March 06, 2009 16:22
