and regarding your website...... don't use soo much ajax, it breaks the back button and causes confusion. I was paging through the list of postcards, and went to second page, clicked back button, and it asked if I wanted to submit form data again (because it saw the back button as taking me back to the login submit request) I clicked yes, then it sent me back to login anyway.

And thanks, but I have just sent batch of cards, 4 to US recipient and 1 to UK, and all the US recipient cards are showing as recipient country GB in the email notifications. So, it looks like you still have some work to do.

So, the issue is fixed now? for new cards? I have not seen any information about that? and have several pictures stacked up on my phone waiting to send.

it has now been over 2 weeks and my card to a US address still has not arrived. Come on guys..... its pretty basic problem this. I want to use this service to keep my mum involved in our lives back here in the UK, if you can't deliver cards, your service is useless. Do I have to start asking for my money back?

I am sorry, this is a problem with the latest version of lifecast that a few people have encountered. We are working to resolve it, but it will require a new release of lifecast once it has been resolved.

As a result, this is going to take a while.

Ok, I have not as yet found where the problem is. But, I do know one are where the problem isn't.

It isn't in the backend server that I can fix quickly

It must be a problem within the iphone app itself. This is going to take longer to fix than I at first hoped.

Actually, since I last posted, I have been able to reproduce the issue.
I am working to resolve it now, and will let you know once it is fixed.

If possible, it would be useful if we could coordinate a time when you can attempt to register the settings while I am monitoring the results.

I am in GMT+1 (BST) and am available any time that is needed.
