I did get a nice response from customer service, apologizing and noting they credited our account. But then we didn't receive a paper today. I hope the bugs get worked out soon!

No. I'm pretty sure we received an advertising package intended for non-subscribers rather than the paper itself. So I emailed subscriberservices@annarbor.com. No response yet. Thanks for the follow-up Ed!

Where's the news?

My Sunday print edition of AnnArbor.com contains no news. There's a front page ad for the website, some photos, milestones, and a bunch of advertising inserts. I'm surprised and disappointed. Am I missing something? Is just a "first week" thing?

Book Covers

I suggest making the book cover image on the main product page a link to the book cover image in Flickr (and possibly adding a "Book Cover" link under Book Content).

It's not immediately obvious that the book cover image is included in Diagrams, and it's a very important image for marketing purposes.
