Too many problems with browser and my blog

My blog page no longer shows all my ads or images. Everything worked fine and is good in other browsers. I just upgraded my Java and seems like this problem started around the same time, but I;m not sure. I have used Flock for 10months now and have been very patient while it takes what seems like forever to load. It's an awesome browser when it's running good but seems a tad bulky at times.
Please tell me how I can export my links and info to Firefox or give me a solution so I can at least view my own page in the browser.

Flock Browser frequently crashing

I have several issues: First, Flock is very, very slow to load even from a cold boot
second, when using Twitter, YouTube, Flicker - Flock crashes and locks everything up. Also, the blog posting works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't. There are other things that drive me crazy but these are the biggies. Using Dell Inspiron, XP dual-core 1.8, 1g ram. No other PC problems or software problems. Really like Flock but I'm to the point where these problems are getting to me and not sure whether it's worth the hassle.
Hopefully someone has some helpful advice??

YouTube locks up my system when it loads from Flock

Continually have problems when You Tube loads - computer locks up.
Also, seems like it takes a long time for Flock to load up even from a fresh start. Running the latest version and should have all updates I think.
Any ideas greatly appreciated.
