I have a need to 'disable' a user - only for a short time - becuase he changed work assignments, on vacation, etc. I dont want to delete the user, as I want to retain the settings, assignments, etc with the user.

Not important here either as most phones are so advanced you actually login to the actual thing using your phone or have your email go to your phone. Just my opinion though.

If you want it archived, then why don't you leave all the completed tasks "collapsed". This way it won't bother you and you still have them on the page. If you decide you don't want these, then simply do a 'delete-all'.

Thanks for the feature requests. These will be really good additions. Also, since you are using tasks you can turn on the "automatic email reminder" that will remind you of all your overdue and pending tasks/issues/milestones/projects. See http://www.deskaway.com/help/reminder...

Task Intelligence - % Complete, Status

I love the DeskAway task management concept; however, I’d love to see a few more 'intelligence' pieces to make it a more useful tool for me and my team. I will use MS Outlook task manager as an example. It allows me to enter "STATUS" (Not started, In Progress, Waiting on Someone Else) and % Complete. Those statuses allow a project manager to go into the system and see the pending work - and the status - without going outside of the system to remind or ask some one. Just a thought - but I'd love % complete first!

I like the sound of that design Sal - I would only add it to that the tasks be archived - so I can go back and see them.

Hello Phil,
We will be adding a "remove all" link so that you can remove all your completed tasks in one go. Plus, if the completed tasks go more than 5, we would collapse them. How does that sounds?

When I go into my DeskAway portal, (I am a Superuser) I see all of my completed tasks crossed out. The view is becoming cluttered. Can I modify the view so that I dont see completed tasks? Or can I "archive" tasks that have been completed? Thanks!

Sal, the problem I have is not printing at all, but the page breaks when I do print. If I have more tasks than will fit on a page, then it breaks oddly, incompletely
