I agree with you. I guess most of the work is on the Stikkit side. Some other languages (like mine French) is more complicated: most of my errors in using Sandy (or other Stikkit, Todoist, ...) is due to a bad conversion of my natural French sentence to english.
If I had to develop such a tool, I would add some specific tags to clearly separate the "what" from the "when" like
r #pick up dry cleaning --3 days
wich, I think, would be more easy for Sandy to understand
In French, we would have
r #recuperer au pressing --3 jours
Sandy will always understand that the string in betwee the "#" and the "--" will be the what... and so

philippe99 reported a problem in I want Sandy on March 20, 2008 16:27:
IwantSandy receipt or DailyDigest on Mac Entourage email clientOn Mac Entourage2004 email client, the return receipt or daily digest HTML emails sent from IWantSandy are not properly displayed. The normal HTML image contains the blue banner with Sandy's icon and the yellow body containing the information of the item (+ the all the Forget/.. links): but on Entourage2004, I just have the blue Sandy banner; the yellow body is missing. Entourage2004 is set to handle HTML messages and work fine with other HTMLized email, liked commercial messages or email with embedded images.
Note that on Apple Mail.app email client, the display is fine.
