The TS web client is not retrieving my call info.

I have looked at it from multiple computers and have cleared the cache, and still the background color of gray does not show up. With white text that means no one can read it. – philmur, on June 05, 2008 20:01

The vertical widget would not show at all.

I am embedding the widget on my webpage but it is saying "sorry, widget not found"

What could the problem be. It has worked fine in the past.
