There is nothing in the transaction history that shows $-1.95 I've spent the rest of the money in my prepaid visa. That totals up to $23.05 and it orginally had $25 before I confirmed the card with paypal.

Paypal issue
I've recently added a prepaid visa debit card and linked it with my paypal. It took my $1.95 USD, and still didn't refund it. I've waited more than 24 hours after entering the 4 digit code and already made a purchase with paypal. I've checked the paypal website and my prepaid card website where my card information is at the 1.95 USD is not added to either.
