Abide by licensing conditions

You should not use pictures which do not have open rights (for example, you should not use "all rights reserved" pictures).

When you do use pictures, with permission, you should abide by the conditions attached, such as crediting the photographer.

Almost. Unfortunately, the Twitter Search pages aren't suited to the limited scope of re-tag; they end in "/search?q=%23etsy" not "/etsy".

A better target to use would, in this case, be http://hashtags.org/account/twitter/etsy

But thanks for such a prompt response - in under 24 hours from my original request.
