    Hey Peter ,

    I am down to about $.58(thats cents) and to answer your First question my receipt does show " Delivered" ,but the $10.00 never hit my account and no one really wants to listen to me. I have never seen such a lack for concerns as I have with Skype. I really want to Scream , but Who Do you Scream to When You have an issue with Skype? I Was so Upset I sent a Message to Niklas Zennstrom no reply No response No nothing. To think I had to leave the Skype website in order for someone from Skype to want to help me !

    Ok I'm done venting for now. On my account it states delivered ,but it never was ..My Big Question is What is the Freaking big Deal !! I Don't Want The Money back !!! I just want what a Paid for to be reflected on my account ! If anyone took the time to listen they would know this.

    Peter , even if you can Get the $10.00 on my account Don't you realize what a bad taste I will have in my mouth for this Company ! Maybe the the Niklas & Janus of the Company need to understand that Technology is One Thing , but there are Living breathing People using the Technology. If I did not stumble onto this website I would still be banging my head against my keyboard.

    When it comes to the Customer Service at Skype the lights are on , but no one is home. On 20th March 2009 I purchased $10.00 in credits to use my account was very. After I made the purchase the amount paid for did not reflect in my account. After several emails to Billing@skype.net they ran me in circles giving me links to check out myself !! imagine that Self-service Customer Service ! If I can only credit myself the 10.00 I sent. The answer I was finally given was once my account reaches a certain level then my 10.00 would be loaded to the account Well my account is down to $ . 80 cents YES 80 Cents .. It is 10th October 2009 and I never received a follow up or anything and it does not look like I will ever get a Credit! I have even sent a message to Niklas Zennström and Yep you guessed it no reply ..Maybe i should have sent a message to Regis Philbin(who wants to be a Millionaire) I am sure He has no problems when it comes to Skype.

    I think Skype is a Great service , but some of the money should go into a Live chat that someone like me can click on because Email Customer Support is of No Help at all.
