These made it: 33 Barker, business & Medical Contacts. Medical contacts doesn't contain any contacts. It should have 4.

Coworkers, Family & Friends didn't make it at all. Neither did one other group, but that is an Address Book smart group, which I don't think Soocial supports.

I have about 6 groups in Apple Address Book. They all sync correctly with Soocal; however, only 2 make it over to Google Apps. I have tried re-syncing, re-creating the groups and a few other things. Nothing seems to get all the groups into Google Apps. Anyone else with this issue, or a fix?

So far, it doesn't appear all fields are syncing correctly. Some contacts work numbers are getting synced as "company" in Outlook, but they are marked "work" in Soocial. Some numbers listed as "Other" in Soocial are also syncing to "Company" in outlook.

I'll let you know if I notice anything else.

Thanks for the quick reply. I had uninstalled the old version. I did the uninstall/reinstall again, this time making sure that folder was deleted. Same problem.

I'm using Outlook 2003 on XP Pro. If you need additional information let me know.

Outlook Sync - Verification Error

Just downloaded and installed the latest Outlook sycn client. Each time I try to login I get "Verification Failed". I'm able to login at the site so I know the login works. Any ideas?

Would you be able to provide an update on when the new Outlook client that fixed the other/work lables will be released? I've been having to do import/exports for Outlook to keep my contact data clean.

I'm having a similar issue. Most phone numbers that sync with Outlook got labeled "Other". The labels in Apple Address Book, Gmail & Soocial are correct. Is there a way to correct the lables synced with Outlook?

It makes trying to find the correct phone/fax number in Outlook almost impossible. I'm also on a Blackberry BES server so my Outlook contacts sync with my Blackberry, which now also has everything labeled other.

I'm using version 0.9.86 of the Outlook client, which I believe is the latest build with Outlook 2003.

I have a few contacts in Apple Address Book with the "nickname" field. Each time Soocial syncs it removes the nickname field. Is there a way to prevent this? Does Soocial not support this field?

I have the same problem as cbolstad. The addresses in Gmail get incorrectly spaced.

Does Soocial work with Apple Address Book's smart groups? My manually created groups synced to Gmail; however, my smart group didn't. I have a group for coworkers that is automatically created by the company name. It would be nice if that was synced too.

I'm having the same problem. Emails, phone numbers and addresses are all being duplicated. The duplication is happening in both Soocial & Gmail. If I delete the duplicates (in either Gmail or Soocial) they keep coming back, sometimes worse.

I also have Apple Address Book, but I haven't let that sync with these issues.
