No problem - it's working ok - it was just a cosmetic glitch – plamen_p, on November 12, 2008 08:01-

Thanks for adding it!
But there is a problem: on my PC, the status bar overlaps and hides the bottom part of the wiki window – plamen_p, on November 11, 2008 07:53

bLADE wiki mobile doesn't work on HTC Touch ProSorry to report that bLADE wiki doesn't work ok on the new HTC TouchPro (and I guess on Touch Diamond too)
These devices use WM 6.1 and Opera as the default browser, although pocket internet explorer is also present.
When I start bLADE wiki, it displays the home page ok. But when select a page to jump, or click the 'home' or 'back' buttons, instead of opening it inline it launches Opera. Opera then tries to open 'wikipage.htm' from file:/Program%20Files/bLADE%20Mobile%20Wiki/ and this page always contains the same text - the text of the first opened page. I can click 'refresh' but nothing changes. This makes it unusable for me, for now.
Can this be fixed, so always the inline browser is used?

Few things that would make the desktop version of bLADE Wiki betterHere are some suggestions on how to improve bLADE wiki (desktop version)
General:
- Opening a Wiki Location to start from the last opened page, not the home page
- Abbreviate the location names in the "Locate your wiki" recent locations list; now I have something like "C:\Document and Settings\user\My Documents\HTC My Documents\bLADE\MyBooks\projects"... maybe display it as "C:\Documents...\MyBooks\projects"
- It would be nice to have a status bar with some useful info (e.g. hovering a mouse over a link could show the link target)
- Add toolbar buttons to show different panes (navigator/search etc)
Page navigator pane:
- select pages with a single click
- mark the currently opened page (e.g. with bold or with different color or with selection)
Insert link dialog (Ctrl+L):
- I would prefer to have the page list in a real list, not a combo (so the pgup/dn/home/end controls work, and you can directly select a page). Starting to type a page name should scroll the list to the corresponding page
- I'm running Windows with large fonts, in this case the buttons on some of the dialogs (e.g. the password dialog) aren't visible
That's it for now. Thanks for bLADE wiki, I really like it and I'm starting to use it every day now!- Opening a Wiki Location to start from the last opened page, not the home page

HPlanner for Windows MobileWould you like to have a Windows Mobile version of HPlanner? Currently it runs on Palm devices only, and I’m trying to decide whether to port it to Pocket PC...

plamen_p replied on August 19, 2008 19:18 to the problem "Pages longer than 32K cannot be edited." in Dale Lane:
Well, in fact only one of my pages (I’m converting my NoteStudio books now) exceeds 32K. And I could split it up. Still, as the other thread says, I have a number of pages that approach this limit. It is not a big problem as they could be split too. Still, if it's not too hard to do it, it would be nice to increase the limit to e.g. 64K...

Pages longer than 32K cannot be edited.Clicking the Edit button simply shows the page source, but it cannot be edited.
I'm using the latest version 3.4.2
plamen_p replied on August 19, 2008 06:19 to the idea "Request: support check boxes a la NoteStudio" in Dale Lane:
Thanks for the prompt reply, and for sharing your workaround ! Although not very convenient (you have to switch to edit mode, possibly losing your position in the page - esp. if the page is quite long - then find the check box in the text again, delete the old char and type the new one) it's good enough for now.
I’ve been using NoteStudio for a several years now, but it's not supported any more. I am now considering switching from Palm to Windows-mobile device and was quite happy to discover your bLADE wiki! Thanks for the good work, and for sharing it with us!

Request: support check boxes a la NoteStudioIn Note Studio, it is possible to create check boxes using the markup [ ] for unchecked box and ["] for checked box.
Once created, the checkboxes can then be toggled by just tapping them without the need of editing the page.
This is great for to-do lists, and would be nice to have it in bLADE too.
