A comment on the problem "The list of members in the sidebar on the task page has disappeared." in No Kahuna:

Do you mean to access all tasks for a member across a project's categories? If so this is the number one request and we are looking into ways to making that happen! I am afraid you can not do that just now, though. – Alex, on October 16, 2009 18:47

We have changed the system so instead of having to select each user for a category to see their tasks, the tasks are now grouped by user with you own ones always being at the top. I hope that makes sense.

No Kahuna does not feature deadlines or due dates. However it is intentionally not prescriptive on how you may use categories.

Personally we use them like this: Now, Next, Someday and Maybe. Where "now" of course always tries to be empty and can than be refilled by the team from the "next" stack.

I know form others that they capture time within tasks, too... e.g. How long a task is estimated to take or when it is due. However there is no reminder functionality (besides notifications for changes which is different). The responsibility lies with the person the task is assigned to - which makes everybody on a team accountable.

We shall discuss this further internally. I appreciate how the current solution might be a problem for some people like less experience clients - and we are keen to have a low barrier to enter of course. Thanks for bringing it up again!
