Templates for your domain is a big step in the right direction. If only you could disable the ability to create templates for custom users, so that only admins can create and maintain templates.
Everybody should still be able to rate templates, but imagine how many templates (/versions of one specific template) you would end up with in an org with thousands of users.

So please... make it optional in the admin panel, to enable/disable new templates from users!
