I have a problem: when i do my updates, the date of this update appears as if it was made a day ago... I live in Buenos Aires, Argentina...is it an issue about the GMT...?

But i live in Buenos Aires, Argentina... maybe the date is configured only to USA? Down here is GMT-3...
