If you want to conditional call forward from a different phone to your cellphone, you have to check with the other phone provider. If you want to conditional call forward or no answer transfer from your cellphone, you dial *71 area code, phone number then send.....wait for the confirmation tone and then press end. To Deactivate press *73 send and wait for confirmation tone, then press end.
