Hi Jahzel. I have been using ScanSnap S300 for more than a year. Recently I bought latest ScanSnap s1500. I tried to install ScanSnap manager and other bundles in same DVD on same laptop (Win XP Pro 2002 SP3), it gave error, saying "it needs .Net Framework 3", I cancelled the install and downloaded recommended .Net Framework from Microsoft site. restarted laptop and then tried re-installing, there after it keeps giving me error "Installation of ScanSnap Manager Failed, Please uninstall and re-install, Error Code: -1 Message:<blank>". I uninstalled, removed the entry from registry, all possible ways, still same error. I might have tried 20 different ways, no success. I took same CD, installed another computer, this time made sure, .Net is installed before installing. The whole installation went fine. Now the question: I really want to install in my 1st computer, and don't know, how to resolve this weird error. Any help would be a big favour. Thanks</blank>
