Should getstatisfaction "Post Reply" also "upload" if there is an image file location filled in? why do I have to upload first and then post the reply?

I got the same blog notification blasted to me twice (once last night and again this evening
).

Email as User ID/Login IDNotify.me should allow to log in by email (vs. usernames only). De facto std on the web. Too many user ids to remember these days.
