I understand your concerns with regards to sending out plain text passwords in emails.

We opted for this approach simply for ease of use for the majority of users out there. You're free to change it again from within the settings page and no email will be sent. Please rest assured that your password is stored encrypted within our data store.

There's a delete button for your own updates right now, just hover over an update and the button appears towards the right of side of the text.

There isn't a delete for appreciation notes since those are messages that are _already_ sent out to people. If it's something that gets requested often enough we'll consider adding it :)

Do check your bulk/spam folder as the email may have inadvertently ended up there.

You can always get the activation email resent by going to this link and entering your email address:
