Preston reported a problem in Less Everything on July 28, 2009 05:40:
Cannot Export to LessAccountingFirst, I just noticed that when I exported last time, it did not include my other project member, so his time was not included on the invoice. Now though, it either times out or says "ERROR: Items with time period less than 18 seconds can not be exported." I don't have any items with less than 18 seconds as far as I can tell, and even if I did, you should handle the automatically. Also, if it times out or 500s, I can refresh LessAccounting and the invoice (for me only, doesn't include my coworker) shows up. This is HIGHLY annoying and I'd like to see it fixed ASAP, otherwise this app is worthless to me.
Preston replied on July 14, 2009 03:39 to the question "Multiple team members" in Less Everything:
When I add them, they just get an email that says they should sign up.
Preston Marshall would like to invite you to try a new application designed for super simple time and expense tracking.
Less Time Spent (http://lesstimespent.com) is an app we (The guys at Less Everything http://leseverything.com) wrote to help people keep track of their time and expenses in a very easy way.
Please check it out at http://lesstimespent.com.
Thanks,
Steve and Allan, the Guys from Less Everything.
What happens when they sign up? Do they also have to pay $7.95/mo or whatever to be a member in my project?
Thanks,
Preston
Preston asked a question in Less Everything on July 14, 2009 01:03:
Multiple team membersHow do I get multiple team members in a project? I want to enable the other person working with me to log hours under my project. Is this possible? If so, how do I do it?
